Goals are different for everyone.
We start with the person—their strengths, interests, needs, priorities, age, and life stage—and build practical learning around what matters to them.
One-to-one instruction allows the learner and instructor to focus on individual goals, practice at an appropriate pace, and connect learning to everyday life.

California Self-Determination
Using ElevateAbility through the Self-Determination Program
ElevateAbility works with participants in California’s Regional Center Self-Determination Program. Individualized services may fit within a participant’s person-centered plan and spending plan.
You do not need to know the exact service or funding category before contacting us. Tell us about the participant and the goals they want to work on, and we can discuss how ElevateAbility may fit.
We can coordinate, as appropriate, with participants, families, Independent Facilitators, FMS providers, Service Coordinators, and other members of the planning team.

Helpful answers for California families and planning teams.
Goals are individualized. They may include daily living, cooking, organization, social skills, money and planning, community participation, technology, work-related skills, recreation, executive functioning, or other practical goals that matter to the learner.
Not necessarily. If you already have a relevant assessment, we can review it and use that information to help shape the learning plan. If you do not have an assessment, we can complete one when it would be helpful in understanding strengths, needs, and goals.
Yes. ElevateAbility works with participants using California’s Regional Center Self-Determination Program. We can talk with participants, families, Independent Facilitators, Financial Management Service (FMS) providers, Service Coordinators, and other members of the planning team about how ElevateAbility services may fit within an individual’s plan and spending plan.
